No Return Policy

At Victor, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered due to reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Personal preference

  • Color or design preference

  • Accidental order placement

We encourage customers to carefully review the product description, size guide, and product images before placing an order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective

  • Incorrect item received

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

To help us review your request, please provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will carefully inspect your request and provide an appropriate resolution if the claim is found to be valid.

Refunds

As Victor follows a No Return Policy, refunds are generally not offered.

However, if Victor is unable to replace a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a refund may be processed at our sole discretion through the original payment method.

Approved refunds, where applicable, are usually processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns, exchanges, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Product used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery

  • Missing original tags or packaging (where applicable)
